Hi. My name is Susanne House. I am thrilled that you are here – because you and I are a lot alike. We are both trying to find the perfect balance of the professional and personal; keep the fun in functional; save time, stress less and enjoy life more.
I am passionate about what I do, and my clients are so important to me - it seldom ever feels like a "job." Every day awaits a new and unpredictable challenge. I love helping others by offering professional business services and personal lifestyle concierge services.
I have over 20 years of office management and administrative experience, five years of financial services experience as a bank manager. I have held positions like Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Project Manager and Marketing Manager. I love to solve problems and have a knack for anticipating people’s needs.
In my opinion, a rockstar assistant is like an air-traffic controller for your life; not just your business - your entire life. She helps manage not only the intricacies of the office, but all the treacherous intersections between work, family, social obligations, and more.
A little more about me: I am originally from Pennsylvania. I graduated from Shippensburg University with a degree in Communications/Journalism/Public Relations. I moved to Wilmington in September 2017. I like to spend my free time with my family, friends and my two, adopted puppies, Grant and Clara. I enjoy reading, listening to live music, vinyl records, knitting, and have a slight obsession with indoor plants.
