JOB DESCRIPTION:

NINE10 Coastal Concierge is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner/Personal Concierge to join our team. As a member of our team, you will not only provide exceptional cleaning services but also offer personalized concierge Services to our clients, enhancing their quality of life and providing peace of mind.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Perform thorough and efficient cleaning tasks according to established standards

· Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in clients’ residences and rental properties

· Collaborate with clients to identify their specific concierge needs and provide tailored solutions.

· Run errands, assist with shopping, and coordinate various tasks to simplify clients’ lives.

· Build strong relationships with clients based on trust and reliability.

· Ensure all services are provided with a friendly and professional demeanor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Prior experience in residential cleaning or related fields is preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Effective communication skills.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

· Customer-centric attitude with a genuine desire to assist and support clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Must have a reliable mode of transportation.

· Ability to work independently and efficiently manage tasks.

· Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate clients’ needs.

· Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and handle various errands.
